Project Description

Demolition and removal of one single-wide mobile home located at the property listed above.

The mobile home is estimated to be approximately 14 feet wide by 70 feet long. The project includes demolition of the mobile home structure, loading of demolition debris, hauling, disposal, and basic cleanup of the immediate work area.

Scope of Work

Organized Demolition will provide the labor, equipment, hauling, and disposal necessary to complete the following:

• Mobilize demolition crew and equipment to the property

• Demolish one single-wide mobile home

• Remove interior walls, flooring, roofing, siding, framing, and fixtures

• Break down and load demolition debris

• Haul debris to an approved disposal or recycling facility

• Remove normal household contents remaining inside the mobile home

• Remove exterior steps and small attached landings

• Remove mobile-home skirting

• Remove and dispose of the metal frame when accessible

• Perform basic cleanup of the immediate demolition area

• Leave the site rough graded and free of major demolition debris

Total Estimated Price

$9,800.00

This is a flat-rate estimate based on the information currently available.

Payment Schedule

• Deposit to Schedule Project: $4,900.00

• Remaining Balance Due Upon Completion: $4,900.00

Payment may be made by cash, certified check, bank transfer, or credit card.

Credit and debit card payments may be subject to a processing fee.

Estimated Project Duration

The project is expected to take approximately 1 to 3 working days, depending on weather, site access, landfill availability, and unforeseen conditions.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for completing the following before demolition begins:

• Disconnect electricity from the mobile home

• Disconnect water, sewer, gas, propane, cable, and telephone services

• Remove vehicles, personal property, and items the customer wants to keep

• Provide clear access for trucks and demolition equipment

• Confirm property ownership and authorization to demolish the structure

• Obtain any required demolition permits unless otherwise added to the written scope

• Provide any available asbestos, lead, or hazardous-material reports

Exclusions

This estimate does not include:

• Asbestos testing or asbestos abatement

• Lead-paint testing or remediation

• Removal of underground tanks

• Removal of contaminated soil

• Utility disconnection fees

• Municipal permit fees

• Septic-tank removal or abandonment

• Well abandonment

• Large tree removal

• Extensive concrete foundation removal

• Removal of additional structures not listed in this estimate

• Excessive household junk, tires, chemicals, paint, fuel, batteries, propane tanks, or hazardous materials

• Repairs to roads, lawns, landscaping, driveways, sidewalks, or underground utilities

• Final landscaping, seed, straw, topsoil, or finish grading

Any additional work must be approved in writing and may result in an additional charge.

Unforeseen Conditions

If concealed concrete, buried debris, hazardous materials, excessive contents, inaccessible areas, underground structures, or other unforeseen conditions are discovered, Organized Demolition will stop the affected portion of work and provide the customer with additional pricing before proceeding.

Permit and Utility Requirements

Demolition work will not begin until all required permits are approved and all utilities are confirmed disconnected.

The customer must provide written proof of utility disconnection when required.

Acceptance

By signing below, the customer authorizes Organized Demolition to perform the work described in this estimate and agrees to the pricing, payment schedule, scope, exclusions, and terms listed above.
